On Monday, February 1st, our son Chase and his bride Laura had their wedding reception at your beautiful facility. I just want to take a minute and let you and all the employees there know what a fabulous job you are all doing. From the individual who answers the phone to the people who work in the kitchen. The place looked beautiful, clean, and was all ready for us when we arrived. The ladies that were working that night were absolutely wonderful. They offered any assistance we needed and were helpful with suggestions on how to keep the whole evening flowing, and were very delightful to visit with when I had a moment.

My husband and I were so grateful that you would allow us to bring in our famous salsa to be served along with your delicious desserts. Our friends and family love it and so enjoyed that we were able to have it as a little treat on the side. Thank you to Wendy for meeting with us and allowing us to do that.

From the first phone call months earlier to the final goodbye on the night of the event I felt like a valued customer. I was planning the event from out of state and reserved the building based on what I had seen on the website and through talking with a staff member. Our day was perfect thanks to the wonderful staff that The Woods on Ninth employs. Our nerves were cool, calm, and collected because of the helpfulness of everyone. My wife was not the typical “bridezilla” that has seemed to become the norm. The kitchen staff was more than helpful in accommodating the fact that we had what seemed like more guests than we expected to show up. Everyone was a delight to deal with and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! We will recommend the Woods on Ninth to anyone that we know trying to decide where to get married!

I have 4 daughters. The third was married 5/14/09. All three had great receptions and marriage experiences. For me, as the dad, the latest at The Woods on Ninth was the best in terms of my having to work less and enjoy it more.

 Brittany Poulson was VERY professional in organizing and directing the bride, groom, families, helpers, and small children involved. I feel like she truly went the extra mile on several occasions when just that little extra bit of care and professionalism made things so much nicer for everyone.

 The food was outstanding and much better than my experience and expectations. My compliments to the chef and staff for delicious and practical fare. The buffet was appropriately monitored and maintained to show only full and delicious selections.  Tables and presentation were professional and appealing.

 The facility at The Woods on Ninth was neat, clean, well arranged and organized, and neatly presented. Both outdoor and indoor facilities appeared new and highly cared for (no shabbiness or neglect that I could see).

 I was so glad for Brittany's leadership and organization skills, balanced with great people skills, helping our event be of the highest quality and efficiency.

 Thanks to all at The Woods for making a father's job easy and enjoyable. All I had to do was show up, socialize, and sign on the bottom line. All of the work and arrangements were totally taken care of to create a pleasing and wonderfully enjoyable event for all. Thanks for letting the moms feel like they were in charge and doing their thing, too.

My office and I attended a cooking class at The Woods on Ninth on May 21, 2010 to lift our team spirits and bond on a personal level. We had a wonderful time. The facility and grounds were spectacular. We enjoyed spending time out of the office, and away from the work environment for a day together. The education we gained was phenomenal and Chef Marco Silva was a wonderful teacher in the arts of food. The meal was delicious! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely, and look forward to the opportunity of spending the afternoon with you again.

I want to thank you for your willingness in working with us to provide catered meals for our DSP meeting earlier this week. It was a joy working with you, Britney and Ricci. You were all very helpful and positive, and you more than met our expectations. Ricci knocked everyone's socks off with the luncheon on Monday, and they weren't disappointed with your beautiful facility and lovely meal Monday evening. I never knew older people liked asparagus so much, but maybe it comes with the "specialness" that comes with the vegetable. When asked where they thought the asparagus came from, there were broad smiles and in near unison replied, "Along ditch banks," reflecting the good old days when that was indeed where most eaten by the common folks came from.

All your staff was unusually attentive and helpful. Everything went well. You may not have made a lot of money on this venture, but you did spread a lot of good will. Who knows what will come of it. I know we will come to you first next year, if you remain interested in a group such as ours.
