Q) How do I secure a date?

A) As a courtesy to our customers we will place a 24 hour hold on your date. Reservations require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 that is applied to the rental fee total.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.


Q) How many people can The Woods accommodate?

A) The building is rated for 950 people. We can provide seating for close to 400 people. Ask our event consultant what will work best for your event.


Q) How much is the security damage deposit and what is it used for?

A) We will require a credit card on file for incidentals.  If no damage occurs, your card will not be charged.  Up to $500.00 may be held on your credit card.


Q) When do we finalize the details of my event?

A) We will set up an appointment to review all the details of your event 30 days prior.


Q) Who can I use to cater my event?

A) We recommend using one of our preferred catering vendors for your event. A full list can be found on our preferred vendor page. Some outside caters will be allowed under certain circumstances. They must sign a one-time agreement. Please inquire for more details.


Q) What about parking?

A) We have a large, well lit parking lot with 90 dedicated parking spaces. We ask that you don’t park in front of the Boot Camp as they will tow cars (this is only 8 stalls unavailable). There are additional parking spaces around the red brick engineering building.


Q) How can I decorate the building?

A) You are welcome to decorate. We ask that clients who book the venue refrain from decorating in any way that could damage the venue. No open flames are allowed unless you have a permit from the fire department. Items that are difficult to clean up and cause damage such as confetti, petals, streamers and jewels are not permitted. Bubbles are a great alternative.
